Hibiscus Masonic Review
The Hibiscus Masonic Review is published by the Brothers who belong to Hibiscus Lodge No. 275, F. & A. M. It is an annual journal focusing on Masonic History and critical thought. As Hibiscus Lodge is a lodge that stresses Masonic education, in 2006, the decision was made to create an historical journal with its emphasis on Freemasonry and its historical development. The Hibiscus Masonic Review is not a part of Hibiscus Lodge and is not an official publication of the lodge and does not necessarily represent the views of the lodge nor of the Grand Lodge of Florida. |

With the whole-hearted cooperation of the Craft and friends and with their generous financial support, our initial issue appeared in 2007 under the editorship of Peter Millheiser, MD, a Past Master of Hibiscus Lodge. Many thanks go to our first set of contributing authors who generously provided us with a number of fascinating articles. In the true spirit of brotherhood, they took a chance on an unknown journal. Our two issues have had articles by some of the most prominent names in Masonic history, including many of the active members of Quatuor Coronati Lodge in the England, the premier research lodge in the world. We are proud to present the Hibiscus Masonic Review to the Craft and other interested students of Masonic history. It is our hope to continue the Hibiscus Masonic Review as an annual book.
